"I am liking the way you don't judge
current smokers or look down on them;
Your positive encouragement and
support take the guilt out
of the issue and help get down
to the real reasons for starting or
continuing to smoke.
Its like your holding my hand
as a friend to help me help myself."
"Since connecting with you,
I have definitely
cut down my cigarette intake
from probably around
40 a day to around 25-28
which to most
people sounds bad
but actually,
I am pretty chuffed."
